IQF Red Pepper, made from whole, fresh, and healthy vegetables, is uniform in size and free from impurities. Peppers of the Elephant’s Ear variety undergo the following production process: washing, cleaning, removal of seed lodges and stalks, and then they are cut into strips. The product undergoes optical sorting and metal detection to ensure uniform quality and the removal of foreign substances. Product packaging options include a 10 kg cardboard box with a blue PE bag or a 16 kg PE bag. Finished products are stored at -20℃ until delivery.
